End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use our services solely for your personal or business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You agree not to:
  • Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our services without prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our software or services.
  • Share access credentials or license keys with unauthorized users.
  • Use our services for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

  • All rights, titles, and interests in the services, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary information, remain the sole property of LIENSIT LLC.
  • This Agreement does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the User.

  • Access to certain services may require payment or subscription fees as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Failure to pay fees may result in termination of your license and access to services.

  • This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party.
  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license immediately if you violate any terms of this Agreement.
  • Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of our services and destroy any related materials in your possession.

  • Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LIENSIT LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
  • Our total liability for any claims related to this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the services.

  • We may update this EULA or our services at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of the services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Arlington, TX.
